Ajax’s sudden paralysis

Ajax the Wild Hedgehog is slowly getting better. To recap his story so far, a woman in San Marcos found this little guy in her backyard being played with by her dogs. She rescued the poor boy and through the grapevine found us and we have been working through his rehabilitation. He had been mauled by a cat, had a sizable mite infestation, and needed a bath really really bad! Recently, Ajax began to experience some neurological issues and has partial-paralysis of his rear legs. He has also started having seizures. Ajax needs a lot of help! You can donate to his vet bills and care here: https://fundrazr.com/campaigns/3ana6 . Please share his story!

Today, he was able to sit up and eat without assistance.  He does seem to be regaining some control in his hind legs but his movements are still very shaky and he is still unable to put any weight on this hind limbs.  Moving also wears him out extremely quickly and within seconds has resorted to laying down and giving up.
